History

Shaun Price started his career in Surrey. In 1996 he came to Devon with his wife Kate, and converted an old farm into a holiday cottage complex know as Country Ways.

As well as doing all the drives, ponds and landscaping around the holiday complex he also used his digger to work locally.

As if that wasn't enough in the year 2000 he started a small sign business which is now of the largest mail order sign business in the country - The Sign Maker

In 2012 Country Ways was sold and everything moved to Yelland Farm.

Now leaving his family to take the reins of the The Sign Maker he has gone back to his first love - operating a digger.

Earthworx

When starting Earthworx, Shaun decided to purchase the JCB 130 excavator. After running it for a year, he added the tiltrotator. That is one decision he certainly doesn't regret. After practicing with it on the farm for a couple of weeks he would not be without it.

Yelland Farm has benefited too - it now has four beautiful wildlife ponds.

Shaun particularly enjoys enjoys the bigger landscaping work and working in the countryside.
A lot of his work is on farms, widening gateways, repairing drives, digging ditches etc. Tree shears are ideal for cutting back trees overhanging the fences.

Whatever project he takes on, you can be sure he will leave the job neat and tidy.
